In-Office Yoga

This class is a wonderful way to unwind and de-stress during your workday. Yoga incorporates poses (called asanas), breathing and mindful awareness of each moment to bring about relaxation, tension release and a sense of calm.

Rates:
- For a group of 15 students or more, the rate is $5 per class
- For a group of less than 15 student, the flat rate if $75 per class
We recommend class sessions of 4, 6 or 8 weeks so that the yoga students get to see the benefits of an ongoing yoga practice.
