Meditation - starts March 11th
A 6 week meditation course to help you get started or to deepen your meditation practice. Some topics that will be addressed: Why we meditate, how do we mediate, what obstacles do we come across when we meditate, how do we fix these problems, what is a helpful way to live in between meditations,posture and surroundings. There will be Tibetan Buddhist principles used to help us in these sessions.
