Charlie Pentland

Charlie is a Forrest Yoga teacher. His time spent training with Ana Forrest has shown him how to teach yoga as more than just a progressive sequence of postures, but as a way to tap into emotion, feeling and Spirit.

Charlie is actively involved in his own growth as both a yoga teacher and a healer in our community. His Mentor Teachers Kelly Rush and Suzi Zorbrist keep him studying and developing his teaching constantly.

He teaches a very safe and thoughtful class, both powerful and introspective, weaving in pranayama, kriya, inversions and arm balances to almost every class. His class has roots in Ashtanga, and classical hatha yoga. His use of hands on assists with students is excellent. Charlie's use of interesting and exciting apex poses will challenge you to get deeper into you body and into your breath.
