Angela began practicing yoga at age 6, in her living room with her mom. She rediscovered her practice at a community centre in 1998. Since then she has studied in Ireland, Thailand, Taiwan, and India. After the birth of her two children she realised it was time to deepen her practice and completed her 200 hour teacher training at Open Door Yoga.
Angela's mission is to bring yoga to everyone. She brings a lightness and openness to her class. Warmth and laughter create a comfort and ease for her students, helping them to leave the outside world at the door She believes in the importance of keeping alignment at the centre of our practice and being gentle with ourselves, both on and off the mat.
