Certified in hatha, prenatal and yin yoga. My teaching style comes from a combination of yoga traditions that I have practiced for over a decade. I've been teaching yoga since 2007 and my classes follow a gentle but deep style of yoga using the breath as a guide to lead you through your practice. I encourage students to work with mindfulness, integrity and above all to be curious about their body, mind and breath. My aim is to create a warm and inclusive environment where you can let go of stress, anxiety and tiredness and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

I continue to attend regular workshops and training courses by many inspiring teachers from around the world and it is this inspiration that I try to bring into my own classes. Yoga makes me feel good and I love to see the changes it can bring to others who practice.
