Drop-in and check out our newest class. Tai Chi uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. Using movements that are derived from martial arts, tai chi's goal is to improve and maintain health, achieve a state of physical and mental relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. It is a moving form of meditation that will leave you feeling both peaceful and rejuvenated.
