Ashtanga - starts Jan 20th
In this challenging power yoga class students move through a set sequence of postures based on the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga created by the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore India. This class is open to all levels and modifications will be given. As students gain strength, stamina, and flexibility, new poses will be added to the sequence, deepening their experience of the practice and facilitating their individual growth. “Ashtanga yoga is 99% practice, 1% theory” - Pattabhi Jois
