Intro-to-Yoga - starts Nov 2

This is a great way to start up your yoga practice or to get back to the basics. The 6-week session will progress through a variety of the 'basics': asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and gentle vinyasas (flowing movement). When you sign up for the 6-week session, you also receive a 45-minute private session with one of our instructors to work on alignment and adjusts for your body as well as focus on poses to help with any injuries or illnesses you might have.
