New to Yoga?

Here is a great place to start! Starting November 2nd, we are running a 6-week pre-registered Intro-to-Yoga class. Learn all the basics to yoga in a fun and supportive environment. When you sign up for this session you also get a 45 minute private session with one of our instructors to work on pose alignment and suggestions for your body.
