Retreat Hypnotherapy Sessions
"I often am asked, “so, what can you use hypnotherapy for?” and the simplest, and most honest answer I have yet to think of, is this; Hypnotherapy can help resolve nearly any obstacle getting in the way of you being healthy, happy or successful.
Hypnotherapy has long been used as an emotional healing tool and I spend most of my time working with clients on a wide range of emotional and physical illnesses. The list goes on and on but the most common challenges are; depression, anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, memory improvement, nail biting, chronic pain...and the list goes on.
I also use hypnotherapy for the less serious matters too. I have been asked by athletes to help them boost their game. Hypnotherapy is fantastic at this as it will help give you that extra edge you need to focus, stay calm under pressure and perform your best.
One of my most enjoyed and talked about sessions are those of spiritual self discovery. These sessions are focused around connecting you with a higher power. This could be tapping into your higher consciousness, a universal energy or anything and everything beyond that...I never really know where it will take us! The best part of this journey is that you decide where it will go. Do you have something that is holding you back, something you need insight into, or just want to have a greater awareness about yourself?
