Kids Yoga is Back!

We are excited to launch our 10-week children's yoga once again for the fall. Classes are by per-registration so click on the class below to link to more information and/or to sign your little yogi up!

-Kids Yoga (0-5 years old): Mondays at 2-2:45pm
-Kids Yoga (6-10 years old): Mondays at 3:30-4:15pm

It's our Birthday! Sunday, Sept 15th

We can hardly believe that 5 years have flown by since we rolled out our first yoga mats and did our first down dogs at Yoga Spirit. Come out from 1:30-4:30pm as we celebrate you, the amazing Yoga Spirit community.

There will be live music, free yoga classes, veggie food, music, door prizes and much more to mark the occasion!

Beginners Yoga 101

New to Yoga? Not to sure where to start? Then this is the class for you!   In this 6-week session, we will learn the basic poses of yoga in a inspiring and fun class while weaving in principles of alignment and variation to ensure your safety and enjoyment in all poses that you do. This class is open to every one and every body!
